About Me

Hi, thank you for stopping by,

My name is Keyu (Kay). I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and I offer therapy in both English and Mandarin. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and moments of personal growth.

Your emotions matter, and so does the way you understand and navigate them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by feelings you can’t quite make sense of or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to help you explore and work through them. Together, we’ll create a personalized approach that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

 

I integrate Internal EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches to help you reconnect with your emotions, your body, your memories, and your inner resilience.
